Electric Design & Programming
The electrical design department plays a pivotal role in project development, working closely with designers to ensure comprehensive and efficient solutions. We employ a variety of advanced tools and technologies to guarantee the functionality and seamless integration of electrical and control systems. Our activities include:

Metal Fabrication
In the boilermaking department, we specialize in the fabrication of structures and pedestals using the blueprints provided by our mechanical design department or external clients. Our work includes:

We utilize various tools to efficiently manage our projects, including Smartsheet, PowerBI, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and machining processes, among others. These tools allow us to maintain detailed and up-to-date control over every aspect of the project, ensuring transparency and effectiveness in management.
Additionally, we conduct progress presentations and regular meetings to showcase project advancements. This keeps our clients and all involved parties informed about the current status of the project and any necessary adjustments.

Tool Room
Our machining workshop is equipped to receive and execute projects with precision and efficiency. We have a metrology department dedicated to ensuring the quality of the produced parts.
We have a wide range of equipment, including CNC machines such as the HAAS MINI MILL, HARDINGE DT 480, FADAL VMC40, HAAS VF-2, HAAS VF-3, HAAS VF-4, and HAAS VF-5. We also have conventional and CNC lathes, such as the HITACHI TBC.
In addition to our internal machining capabilities, we offer quotation and machining services for parts provided by external clients.
We have surface grinding machines for flat surfaces, as well as specialized equipment like the 30-amp penetration EDM and wire EDM machines.
We are committed to excellence in every phase of the machining process, ensuring solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
Quality
In our Quality Department, we are dedicated to ensuring that all products meet the project's specifications and requirements. When the machining department finishes the parts, they arrive at the metrology area for a thorough review against the plans.
Our metrology team uses the necessary tools to perform precise measurements and visual evaluations of the parts. Depending on the plans, the parts may proceed to additional processes such as heat treatment or chemical treatment.
